1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on does not requier creating an account. However, our recommendation for you is to create an account, to buy quickly and easily and benefit from quick access to your order history and  return requests.

To search for a particular product, you can use the Search button or the active campaigns on the site. You can also select the product category in the main menu.

If you have decided on a product, select the size and click the "Add to Cart" button.

To view the products in the shopping cart, click on the "My Cart" button. If you want to change the amount of products added to your cart, you can do this by clicking +/-. If you want to delete products from the cart, use the "Remove product from the basket" button.

If you own a Bigotti loyalty card, you need to enter the card number in the "Loyalty Card" section of the shopping cart or save it in your account, "My Profile" => "Account Information"

To complete the order, click the "Submit your order” button. On the order completion page, you need to fill in the billing information, the payment and delivery method, the packaging details and the details of your order.

You can add comments in the "Additional Information" section of the order completion page. Then click "Submit your order".


2. Do I have to sign up in order to place an order?

Placing an order on does not requier creating an account. However, our recommendation is to register, to quickly and easily buy and benefit from quick access to the history and order status. Registration is required to qualify for the return service, although the return service can also be accessed by activating an account after placing your order using the same e-mail as the one used to place the order.


3. I forgot my password. What do I have to do?

To recover your password, you can access the login page ( and there you can recover your password using the "Forgot password" button.


4. What size suits me?

To find the size that suits you, you can use the size guide on the product page.


 5. How do I know if a product is in stock?

Products marked in black are in stock. If the desired size is not in stock, it will be red colored.


6. How can I pay an order placed on

The payment methods are listed on the check-out page. A variety of payment methods will be present depending on the country of delivery that has been selected.


7. What additional fees do I pay?

Depending on the country of delivery and order value, an extra charge may be charged for shipping.


8. How long does the order delivery take?

The time in which your order will arrive will be specified in the check-out page after selecting the country of delivery. The amount of days displayed refers to working days (therefore Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays are not included). During crowded periods parcel delivery time can be extended.


9. What packaging can I choose for my order?

You can choose normal wrapping or gift wrapping in the checkout page.


10. How do I return or change a product?

To find out the return procedure go to the “Free Returns” page. In case of returning a product, the full price of the product will be refunded. For hygiene reasons, the underwear cannot be returned.
