I. EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT THROUGH ONE OF OUR STORES*.
You can instantly exchange the product purchased with a new item - provided the store has stock - with either another originally ordered product ** or any other product within 30 calendar days. In order to make the exchange in the BIGOTTI physical stores, it is REQUIRED to present the invoice you received in the parcel and the value of the product chosen to be at least equal to the value of the product that you would like to change.
*except Outlet Stores and the ones at International Airoport Henri Coanda.
**if you would like to exchange your product with an Online Exclusive product, we would kindly ask to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the product code and the size of the product you would like as well as the store where you would like the exchange to happen. As soon as the product arrives at chosen store you will be contacted in order to come and exchange the product.

II. FREE ONLINE RETURN
1. Log in to your account and access the return section. Here you will see all the orders that you have placed and that can be returned according to our return conditions. Select the order, the products, the quantity and the reason of your return. For hygiene reasons, the underwear cannot be returned.
2. Fill in the address where you would like your return parcel to be picked up from. You may select one of your saved delivery addresses or add a completely new address.
3. Select how you would like your money to be returned (depending on your payment method). If the items were payed for using a credit, debit or shopping card your funds will be returned directly to the card account. If the payment was done through another method than we will return your money into the provided bank account.
4. Once the return request is registered, you will receive an e-mail with the return form that you have just filled in.
5.The return request will be checked by one of our operators, whom will dispatch a courier to pick up your return parcel for free.Do not forget to pack the products along with the invoice or order number.
6. After we check that the returned products are in the right condition, we will start the return procedure and in a maximum of 10 working days you will receive the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the product to you in case the returned product is not in the right condition.
